Group meeting
As a group we will do activities together to strengthen our bonds.
With the kids we will look at their goals for their time in Bansko and for the upcoming week. What do they want to experience, and create? Where do they want to grow. And how did they do in the previous week?
In the weekly Dungeons and Dragons game, the children will dive into a fantasy world filled with adventure.
Because of the group size we will split the group up into 2-3 smaller groups. The exact times will be communicated after registration closes.

By far the most popular activity of the year!
We will repeat this every month, so people who stay longer might consider going next month.
The house can have 55 people max, spread over 3 rooms. If the number of sign ups is bigger, we will split it up between this week and next, based on moment of sign up.
We will be visiting the Deska sisters, a famous family in Bulgaria.
We will eat delicious traditional regional food, while being entertained by their music and (Bulgarian) jokes. We will dress up in Bulgarian traditional costumes and do Bulgarian dances.

The distance is 2 km. When the transport comes pick us up make sure your shoes and that of your children are perfectly clean. We will check shoes. The exact price of transport will be determined based on the number of participants, based on the following rates: Car to 4 pax 15 – leva per way, Minibus to 8 pax – 20 leva, Bus 17 pax – 50 leva.
We will go to the animal shelter, walk some of the dogs and play with them in their yard. All the dogs are friendly, but they are still animals. We want a parent to accompany the children. When walking the bigger dogs, please do not let the kids walk them by themselves as they are very strong. The bigger teenagers can try.
The rope park consists of 3 parts.
Adult part: This part is extremely challenging and not many made it all the way last year. To participate in a safe way you have to be able to hold a rope at 1.9 meter. So if you hold your arms up and you can reach 1.9 meter, you can join. Cost 18 leva.
Children part: This is a part approx 1 meter above the ground, but with nice challenging kids. It is low but it is fun. To participate in a safe way you have to be able to hold a rope at 1.4 meter. So if you hold your arms up and you can reach 1.4 meter, you can join. Cost 12 leva.
Baby part: There is a part where also the young ones can do some challenges, on ground level, accompanied by a parent. Cost 12 leva.
There is a max number of participants that can go at the same time. If the group is too big we will use hourly slots.

While the parents are out, the little ones are taken care of in the Kids Club. They will start off with some fun activities, after we will switch on a movie. The kids who are ready to go to sleep will be put to bed until the parents arrive to pick them up.
Kids can come in their night gear. Please provide us with all of your kids evening necisities.
The kids are taken care of until 22.00. After this time there is an option for the kids to stay at the pyjama party and the babysitting fee will apply.
The fee for the 19.00-22.00 is €7,50/15BGN per hour.
The fee after 22.00 is €15/30BGN per hour.
Depending on the group size and on the availability at the pools nearby, we might go to 7Pools again. In that case we offer transport for those who like it. The distance is 2,2 km. The exact price of transport will be determined based on the number of participants, based on the following rates: Car to 4 pax 15 – leva per way, Minibus to 8 pax – 20 leva, Bus 17 pax – 50 leva.
Visit our own science museum in the Mehana
Depending on the group size and the availability at the pools, we will either go to the pool at Hotel Bansko or 7Pools. In the last case transport is needed. The pools are both heated indoor pools. At Hotel Bansko we have access to the pool and the jacuzzi and at a higher rate at the spa area. At 7Pools there is a larger amount of pools and spa facilities available.
We will try to go to Hotel Bansko. In that case transport is not needed.
The kids will spend an evening playing board games. In small groups, in pairs, multiple games, however they like it. We have a number of board games available or they can bring their own.

The kids are invited to create their own clubs to the program to connect with kids that have the same interests. They can create their own activity that the other kids can join.
Of course the kids can also just join the clubs that are on the schedule that day.
Please let us know the latest Tuesday if your kids are interested in creating clubs themselves so we can put it on the schedule.

During the weeks presentation in the coworking space, the kids can present what they have done in the week. There is also an option for the teens, or een the little ones to present their weekly experience.
The kids will meet up in the mehana from where they will together walk to the teens space and play a game of pingpong and foosball.
We will organise active and exiting outside games for the kids to play. Some of them are connected to the weeks project.
Shrek
The gamers are welcome to bring their devices and play their favourite games. They can connect with each other, play together, or play side by side. After the activity, the gamers put away their devices for the next activity. The artists bring their talent and creativity to make some beautiful drawings together with their friends, or beside them.
With everybody together for the weekly presentations, we use the opportunity to create an enjoyable night together. We will serve hot wine. Feel free to bring other drinks and snacks.
