An additional registration fee of €100 per registration will be charged. This registration fee is non refundable.

Any banking fees, if applicable, are to be paid by the person booking. For credit card payments a 3% banking fee is in place. We suggest IBAN/SEPA payments to limit the banking fees. For example Wise accounts have the option for IBAN/SEPA payments.

Teen


After registration an email is automatically sent. Please keep an eye on your inbox. A zoom call will be scheduled to meet in person in which we will discuss expectations. After this meeting your booking will be confirmed and your first invoice will be sent. This invoice is due in 5 days. The second term is due before September 15th.

In case the minimum number of participants is not met, we will have to cancel the event. In this case we will refund all your payments, including the registration fee (minus any applicable banking fees). We will notify you when we meet the minimum number of participants, or no later than September 15th.

By submitting this form, you take on the legal obligation to fulfil full payment of the hereby booked participation.

We have space left for 1 boy to join the IQ Teen Camp. We do not have any more space for girls.

*A €200 deposit per apartment will be charged. This will be used for utilities, and the remaining amount will be returned at the beginning of the month after your stay. (minus any applicable banking fees) if the accommodation is left in good condition.
