A transport company will pick us up at the complex and take us to the gondola down station from where you can take the lifts up.
Pick up time will be at 10:00.
Please be present in front of the reception at least 5 minutes before pick up. Transport will not wait for anyone.
Depending on the number of participants there might be multiple transport runs.

Under the guidance of our ski leader we will ski/snowboard together as a group from meeting point to meeting point.
Participants are expected to have an independent blue ski/snowboard level. All participants are expected to carry a phone. (Also unaccompanied children).
Children are allowed to join without parents if they are good listeners, if they are able to take the ski lifts by themselves and if they are capable to reconnect to the group when they loose the group.
During the group meeting we will look at what does not work, what does work, in a predetermined format.
All the kids 4-6 years old will meet in the Kids Club today, from where they will do some fun activities together.
As a group we will do activities together to strengthen our bonds.

In the weekly Dungeons and Dragons game, the children will dive into a fantasy world filled with adventure.
Because of the group size we will split the group up into 2-3 smaller groups. The exact times will be communicated after registration closes.

The activity will depend on the weather and will be decided shortly before. The weather forecast look good, but cold. We will go into the mountains and climb on the natural rocks there. The activity starts early to catch the sunniest part of the day. In case you also want to do the swimming, you will have to leave swimming early.

This is the number 2 activity of the year!
We will start at the top gondola station and we will sledge down the 7 km ski road all together.
The sledging will go super fast at some points, so we want children accompanied by a parent and we advise the little kids to be on the sledge with a parent. The activity is super fun and highly recommended for parents also!
We advise to rent a red higher sledge. We found a ski school that can rent out a bunch. We will offer them in order of sign up. Otherwise you can find a sledge yourself. Any sledge will do, but the red higher sledges are the fastest, and also the other higher sledges are fast.
We are not allowed to take the sledges up the gondola. We will either ask Steve to take the sledges up for 250 leva, including max 17 passengers (120 leva for 8 extra passengers). Or the ski school will probably have a cheaper option (10 leva per person including sledge).
The activity is not allowed by the ski resort Ulen. But they have never stopped us eiher. But please keep it low visible. If you take the gondola up, do not tell them why and keep the sledges out of sight while waiting.

We will leave at the gondola down station when ready with the sledging. We will do a quick stops at FLC, but keep an eye on Whats app to know the exact time and be ready when we come by.
We will take the kids to a location in the area where they will build a bonfire. We will bring some marshmallows for them to roast.
Parents are invited at the coworking/social space for some social time. We will provide tea and cookies.

We will go to the animal shelter, walk some of the dogs and play with them in their yard. All the dogs are friendly, but they are still animals. We want a parent to accompany the children. When walking the bigger dogs, please do not let the kids walk them by themselves as they are very strong. The bigger teenagers can try.

This weeks clubs:
The kids are invited to create their own clubs to the program to connect with kids that have the same interests. They can create their own activity that the other kids can join.
Of course the kids can also just join the clubs that are on the schedule that day.
Please let us know the latest Tuesday if your kids are interested in creating clubs themselves so we can put it on the schedule.
We will come together as a group one more time. The parents will meet in the cowork, the teens in the teen space and the kids (also 0-7) in the kids space. We will do some activities and enjoy each others presence one more time.
